2. LET’S HAVE A CHAT
I’ll organise a quick call to understand your vision and walk you through the process, including the timeline and payment details. If everything feels right, we’ll move forward to the next stage!
3. SHARE YOUR STORY
I will send you a questionnaire which is designed to spark memories of the moments you’d love to feature: how you met, first dates, adventures, or quiet "just us" milestones. This is just a guide to spark ideas - so if you have any other stories, funny moments, or special details, please share them! If you have longer stories, you can make a note and we can go over in the next step.
I will also ask you to share photos, voice notes, screenshots, or videos (sent securely via Google Drive) so I can reference moments.
Once I review your responses, we can schedule a quick call or exchange voice notes to clarify any details. This is so I can get a better idea of how to capture some of your answers in the piece.
4. THE CREATION PROCESS
I’ll begin crafting your piece within the timeline we discuss, bringing every detail to life. Along the way, I may reach out for any clarifications to ensure it’s perfect. Rest assured, this will be something truly special!
5. DELIVERY
Once your artwork is complete, I’ll send you a preview for review. You’ll have the opportunity to request one round of changes or additions. Once approved, you’ll receive high-resolution files in both RGB (for digital use) and CMYK (for printing). If you’ve chosen a physical print, I’ll take care of that and have it sent straight to you.
